Rachel Kribbs

Rachel Kribbs has held a variety of roles in the music and nonprofit sectors. In 2020, they began their current role as Director of New Business and Account Executive at FORM, a digital-first creative agency exclusively serving nonprofit organizations. From 2016 to 2020, they served as Director of Community Partnerships and Career Advising and Interim Alumni Relations & Community Programs Coordinator at the Cleveland Institute of Music. From 2010 to 2013, they were Manager of Learning Programs & Community Engagement and Manager of Cleveland Orchestra Youth and Children's Choruses at The Cleveland Orchestra. In 2013, they held the role of Operations Manager & Student Life Coordinator at the Lev Aronson Legacy Music Festival. In 2009, they were Resident Director at the Cleveland Institute of Music and Principal Bassoonist at the Youngstown Symphony Orchestra. Additionally, they were Manager at Horizon Montessori School in 2009.

Rachel Kribbs holds a Master's Degree in Music Performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music and a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education and Performance from The Catholic University of America.
