Karla Jarvis

Karla Jarvis served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at The Rockport Group, a global footwear company headquartered in the Greater Boston Area. Karla was responsible for leading the company’s global legal, compliance and HR functions and managing legal matters in domestic and international markets.

Prior to joining The Rockport Group in 2015, Karla was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of Clarks America, Inc., a subsidiary of a global footwear company, where she built the organization’s legal department to support expansion into North, South and Central America. Karla played a key role in the company’s SAP implementation, building a state-of-the art distribution center, developing the Corporate Social Responsibility Program and establishing a corporate foundation.

Karla holds a Bachelor degree from Clark University, a Master of Public Health from Boston University, and a Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law. She was born in Haiti and now resides in Watertown, MA with her husband and three children. She serves on the Board of Directors of Soles4Souls.
