Frank Soler serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Fortez Group since January 2021 and holds a position as a Board Member at CleanFuture since June 2023. Previously, Frank served as an Advisor at Sovereign Realty Group LLC from August 2022 to December 2023 and as a Senior Manager in M&A Business Operations at Amwell from April 2021 to April 2022. Frank's experience at Deloitte Consulting from September 2015 to April 2021 included roles as Manager and Management Consultant, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions Consulting Services. Frank holds a Master of Science in Accountancy and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Accountancy and Accounting, all obtained from the University of Notre Dame. Early education was completed at Chaminade High School.
