Laura Deflavia

Laura DeFlavia, CPA has a strong background in finance and accounting with a focus on financial management for non-profit organizations. From 2019 to the present, they have served as the Chief Financial Officer for The Foundation For Delaware County, overseeing all accounting, human resources, and facility operations. Prior to this role, Laura was the Controller for the Pottstown Area Health & Wellness Foundation from 2005 to 2018, where they managed investments and developed and maintained the annual budget. Laura also held the position of Assistant Controller at Keystone Shipping Company from 2003 to 2005, where they prepared financial statements and tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries.
