Morgana Finney

Morgana Finney is an experienced communications and development professional with a background in grant writing, fundraising, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Director of Communications and Development at The Foundation Schools since January 2020, Morgana designs and implements development and communications strategies while managing grant opportunities for low-income students with disabilities. Previous roles include Senior Communications and Development Associate and Development Assistant at The Foundation Schools, where Morgana led grant writing efforts and coordinated fundraising events. Morgana's earlier experience includes roles such as Public Speaking Tutor at Towson University Public Communication Center, Youth Engagement Consultant at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and Programming and Administration Intern at Arts for the Aging, Inc. Morgana holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Towson University.
