Sarah Ikhianosen has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Sarah started their career as a Store Director at Vilebrequin, where they successfully managed staff and sales operations. Sarah then moved on to become a Store Director at Henri Bendel, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved impressive sales results. Sarah later joined Treatment Alternatives as a Director of Operations, responsible for updating census and ensuring smooth operations. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Operations at The Fountain Group. In this role, they developed and executed strategies to drive customer success and increase satisfaction and retention.

Sarah Ikhianosen began their education at East Central College in 2002 and completed an A.A. degree in General Education in 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they attended Missouri State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree. Sarah studied Fashion Merchandising and Business/Commerce, General, earning a BS degree in both fields.
