Gregg Hammer

Gregg Hammer is an experienced broadcaster currently working with iHeartMedia since October 2022 as a cast member of the Island 98.5 Wake Up Crew. Hammer has a long history in broadcasting, having served at SummitMedia, LLC from October 2013 to January 2022 and at iHeartMedia from September 1996 to April 2013, where the role included co-hosting a morning show. Additionally, Hammer has acted as an Assisting Minister at The Foursquare Church since July 2014 and worked as an Area Loss Prevention Specialist at Market of Choice from March 2022 to July 2022. Prior law enforcement experience includes serving as a Metropolitan Police Officer and later as a Metropolitan Police Reserve Officer with the Honolulu Police Department from February 1987 to March 2001, focusing on criminal investigation and traffic accident investigation.
