Cathy Hawley

Cathy Hawley serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Bolster, an executive talent marketplace, since May 2020. In addition to this role, Cathy holds positions as Co-President and Board Member of Rocky Mountain People + Strategy Group, where a significant membership and financial growth was achieved post-pandemic. As a Founding Board Member of Path Forward.ORG, Cathy supports the integration of mid-career individuals returning to the workforce. Cumulatively, Cathy's career includes leadership roles such as Chief People Officer at Return Path and CPO to Go, with a strong focus on organizational development and HR strategies. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master's degree in European HR & Industrial Relations from Keele University.
