Erica Wilson

Erica Wilson currently serves as a Partner at Troutman Pepper since November 2014, following a tenure as an Associate at the same firm. In addition, Erica holds the position of UBS Fellow at The Fourth Effect, a rapidly growing board marketplace that connects innovative companies with women board candidates to foster diversity and enhance growth, since October 2022. Prior to these roles, Erica was an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from September 2011 to November 2014. Erica received a Doctor of Law (JD) from Duke University School of Law in 2011 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Duke University, obtained in 2006.
