Tiffany N. Ricks Ph.D., Rn

Tiffany N. Ricks, PhD, RN, currently serves as the Associate Dean of Nursing and Associate Professor at Austin Community College, where responsibilities include curriculum design for the RN-to-BSN program and teaching courses on various nursing disciplines. Additionally, Ricks works as a consultant for IMANI SOFTWARE, LLC, and as a UBS Fellow with The Fourth Effect, which promotes women's representation on corporate boards. Ricks has a strong research background, having been a Research Scientist at Ascension, where significant contributions included securing a nursing research grant and co-founding the Texas Racial and Health Equity Council. Earlier roles include Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, and Skills Laboratory Manager at Austin Community College. Ricks holds a PhD in Nursing, a Master's in Public Health Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, all earned from The University of Texas at Austin.
