Elina Kazan

Elina Kazan is an experienced communications and content professional currently working at The Fragrance Foundation since August 2023. As the Principal and Founder of a boutique consultancy established in May 2017, Elina provides strategic advisory services focused on internal and external communications, brand amplification, and narrative building, particularly within retail and branded entertainment sectors. Elina serves on the Advisory Committee, as a speaker, mentor, and fundraiser for the Philadelphia Fashion Incubator, which was launched in 2012 to support local fashion entrepreneurs. Elina's prior experience includes a notable tenure at Macy's from 1996 to 2017, where roles included Vice President of Media Relations & Cause Marketing and Director of Media Relations, contributing significantly to public relations and brand reputation efforts across a vast store portfolio. Elina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Hunter College and an Associate of Arts in Advertising, Public Relations and Applied Communication from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
