In addition, Frank works as a Franchise Consultant for The Franchise Consulting Company since August 2020. Previously held positions include Director of Customer Development at both the Las Vegas Hilton and The Venetian. Frank began a successful casino career in Atlantic City in 1993, quickly rising to become one of the top producing executives in the field. Frank holds an educational background from Robert Morris University from 1987 to 1989.
