Kapil Manocha is the Founder and CEO of Our Franchise Guru, where efforts focus on assisting individuals in exploring franchise business ownership for career transitions, income diversification, and portfolio expansion since January 2017. Additionally, Kapil serves as a Franchise Consultant at The Franchise Consulting Company, aiding individuals in achieving business ownership and wealth creation. Prior experience includes roles such as Regional Director of Business Excellence at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, and various management positions at Parker Hannifin, including Division Lean Manager, Plant Lean Manager, and Value Stream Manager. Kapil holds an MBA in Operations Management & Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce. Early education was completed at St. Columba's School in New Delhi.
