Magnus Nilsson

Magnus Nilsson is an accomplished professional in the maritime and consulting sectors, currently serving as a Battle Watch Captain at the Military Sealift Command since December 2023. Magnus has held the position of Franchise Consultant at The Franchise Consulting Company and President of Franwmag LLC, focusing on guiding clients through the franchising process. In addition, Magnus serves as an Assistant Engineer at Signet Maritime Corporation and has experience as a Strategic Sealift Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Previous roles include Oiler at The Bridgeport and Port Jefferson Steamboat Company and Assistant Project Manager at Matson, Inc. Magnus holds a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
