Stéphane Maikovsky

CFO at The Francis Crick Institute

Stéphane Maikovsky is the Crick’s Chief Financial Officer. His responsibilities include financial strategy, financial planning and operations, strategic and commercial partnerships, sourcing, grants management and risk management and the oversight of Facilities & Infrastructure.

Prior to joining the Crick in 2016, Stéphane worked for Amgen, a global biotechnology company, in a variety of financial, commercial and strategic roles, including that of Finance Director for International Research and Development. Prior to that, Stéphane was employed at Mobil, in financial roles in both the UK and Africa, and also at Accenture, as a Director within their Business Process Outsourcing division.

Stéphane is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA, CGMA), has an LLM in Medical Law and Ethics from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
