Nicole Mercer

Nicole Mercer is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Benefits Administrator at The Franklin Institute since January 2022. With a robust background in HR roles, Nicole has also worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Angelic Hospice and previously held positions in benefits administration and account management at notable organizations including AmeriHealth Caritas, Ameriflex Inc., and Independence Blue Cross. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Peirce College, which was earned between January 2017 and May 2022.
