Stephanie Charneaux

Stephanie Charneaux is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership and organizational change. Currently serving as the Human Resources Business Partner for Oceania and the USA at The Fred Hollows Foundation since January 2016, Stephanie has provided comprehensive HR support across all organizational levels, managed a team, and ensured compliance with employment policies. Previous roles include Senior People & Development Advisor, where responsibility included maintaining accurate employee records and collaborating with payroll, and earlier positions focusing on HR development, recruitment, and talent acquisition. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Ergonomics from Université Paris Nanterre and a High School Diploma majoring in Literature from Centre Madeleine Daniélou.
