Jim Solomon

Jim Solomon is an experienced Public Information & Marketing Specialist and Adjunct Professor at Germanna Community College since 2006, where curriculum and syllabus development are focused on computer graphics education. Solomon also serves as a Senior Graphic Artist/Ad Designer at The Free Lance-Star since 1998, collaborating with sales teams and clients to create effective advertisements across various media formats while managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. Prior experience includes a role as Design Supervisor at Potomac News from 1992 to 1998, overseeing a team of graphic artists in a fast-paced newspaper environment. Jim Solomon holds a BA in Graphic Design with a minor in History from Virginia Tech, earned in 1992.
