Senior Director Of Church Health at The Free Methodist Church in Canada

Jervis Djokoto has a diverse work experience in various religious and nonprofit organizations. Jervis is currently serving as the Senior Director of Church Health at The Free Methodist Church in Canada. Before this, they held the role of President at Worshippers Ministry International, where they actively led a congregation and focused on youth and missions ministry. Jervis also worked as an Executive Director at The Renew Movement and served as a Guest Worship Leader at CELEBRATION PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH and Emmanuel Community Church. Jervis has experience as a Young Adults Pastor at Sanctus Church and as a Summer Pastor at North Sauble Community Church. Apart from their religious roles, Jervis worked as an Administrative Assistant at University Hostels Ltd and held a research internship position at WUSC-University service of Canada.

Jervis Djokoto's education history begins in 2003 when they attended Mfantsipim Senior High School. Jervis completed their Senior Secondary Certificate in General Arts in 2005. In 2006, they enrolled in Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Economy, completing it in 2010.

After a gap of a few years, Jervis returned to their academic pursuits. Jervis attended Tyndale University and Seminary starting in 2016, where they earned a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree. Subsequently, from 2016 to 2020, they also pursued another Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree at Tyndale Seminary.

Currently, Jervis Djokoto is enrolled at Fuller Theological Seminary, where they are pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree in Church Leadership and the Holy Spirit. Jervis began their doctoral studies in 2020 and is expected to complete them in 2024.
