Louise is a Partner and Head of the Building Communities team at leading law firm Shakespeare Martineau, having a passion for delivering development that brings major benefits to residents in terms of health, wellbeing, education, employment, and the environment.

She is known as an expert and initiator of original thinking in later living. Louise’s particular interest is in championing a widespread reconsideration of older people’s needs and aspirations. She skillfully advises on the challenges and opportunities open to providers, and her expertise is also used to help shape housing policy.
