Toni Hammond, Assoc CIPD, is an accomplished Senior Learning & Development Manager at The Fremantle Trust, leading all learning and development initiatives since July 2020. With extensive experience in the financial services sector, including a 19-year tenure at RBS, Toni has successfully realigned training programs to meet regulatory standards, significantly increasing training compliance levels. Recognized for excellence in learning development, Toni was a finalist and winner of the IOEE Enterprising Learning Provider of the Year and New Business Academy of the Year in 2018. Toni holds a Professional Bankers Certificate, is a fully trained practitioner in Professional Skills Coaching, and has CIPD qualifications equivalent to Level 5.
