Alain Gros

Alain Gros is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in domestic and international litigation, corporate and contractual matters, international arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, aviation, and insurance law. Since October 1998, Alain has served as a Partner at MLL Legal, where a broad range of legal expertise has been applied. Simultaneously, Alain has held the position of General Secretary at CCI France Suisse (CCIFS) since January 2000. Prior professional roles include Associate Lawyer at Secretan Troyanov from December 1997 to August 1998 and Visiting Lawyer at Ince & Co for a brief period in 1996. Alain holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Geneva (1988) and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from King's College London (1998), with further educational advancement at Harvard Law School in 2012.
