Nathan Baldwin

Nathan Baldwin serves as the Group Vice President of Strategic Innovation at The Fresh Market since January 2023. Previously, Baldwin had an extensive career at Chili's, where roles included Vice President of Restaurant Services, Vice President of Franchise Development and Strategic Growth, and Vice President of Operation Services, among others. In these positions, Baldwin played a critical role in strategic planning, operations, and culinary oversight, significantly contributing to the brand's growth and operational excellence. Baldwin holds a BBA in Hotel and Restaurant Management from UNM Anderson School of Management, obtained in 1997.
