Rich Durante

Rich Durante is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in the food market sector. Currently serving as Chief Merchandising Officer at The Fresh Market since May 2018, Durante possesses a strong background in leadership, having previously held the positions of President and COO at Kings Food Markets and Balducci’s Gourmet Food Markets from May 1987 to March 2017. Durante holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Seton Hall University, earned between 1979 and 1983, and is a graduate of Bergen Catholic High School, completing studies there from 1975 to 1979.
