Vivian Gill is the Associate Director of Digital at The Frick Collection. Vivian has been with the company since 1994 and in their current position since 1996. Vivian is responsible for the design and implementation of the digital imaging program, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.
Prior to joining The Frick Collection, Gill worked as a Project Assistant at the Brooklyn Museum, where they assisted with the preparation of a catalog of European paintings for publication. Vivian also worked as an Art Researcher, conducting research on various artists and artworks.
Gill holds a bachelor's degree in Art Vivian'story from the University of California, Berkeley.
Vivian Gill holds a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Art Vivian'story from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and a BA in Design Communications from Texas Tech University. Vivian is also certified from the SUNY SAIL Institute in CIO Leadership Academy.
Vivian Gill reports to Ian Wardropper, Anna-Maria & Stephen Kellen Director. They are on a team with Sara Muskulus - Assistant Director of Leadership Gifts & Planned Giving, Xavier F. Salomon - Deputy Director & Peter Jay Sharp Chief Curator, and Kate Gerlough - Head of Retail & Visitor Services.
