C.J. Horist has extensive work experience, starting with their roles at Amazon from 2011 to 2015. During their time at Amazon, they worked their way up from Operations Manager I to Senior Program Manager, overseeing strategic initiatives and global operations integration. In 2016, they interned at Joyable, focusing on scaling and operations. From 2017 to 2018, they served as CEO at Oceanside Health. In 2018, they became a freelance operations consultant before starting their own business, Count On Horist, in 2019. Currently, C.J. Horist is the Co-Founder & COO of The FRONTdoor Collective, a position they have held since December 2020.
C.J. Horist completed their education in a chronological order. They started their education in 2006 at the University of California, Berkeley, where they pursued Pre-Business as their field of study until 2008. Following that, from 2009 to 2011, C.J. Horist attended the University of Arizona, where they obtained a BSBA degree in Operations Management. They later enrolled in the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, completing their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from 2015 to 2017.
