Tamara Renshaw ACBI (Chartered Banker)

Tamara Renshaw ACBI has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Tamara has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 1999 as a Branch and Cluster Manager at Barclays Bank. In this role, they managed a flagship store and three additional branches, overseeing staff, retail operations, and meeting targets.

Tamara then moved to RBS I Corporate Banking in 2006, where they served as a Business Relationship Manager. Tamara'sresponsibilities included managing a portfolio of SME clients, specializing in the leisure and hospitality sector, and gaining exposure to other sectors such as real estate finance.

Continuing their career progression, Tamara joined RateSetter Business Finance in 2016 as a Credit Relationship Manager, where they focused on building relationships with clients.

In 2018, they joined RangeWell Finance as a Business Development Director, leveraging their extensive frontline and lending experience to support SMEs and contribute to the brokerage operation.

Tamara's next role was at Productivity Finance Ltd in the same year, where they worked as a Regional Business Funding Manager. Here, they acted as an Appointed Representative for the Synergy/AFS network, arranging business finance for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies on a national scale.

Tamara continued their journey in the finance industry in 2020, moving to Acorn to Oak Business Finance Limited as a Managing Director and Business Finance Specialist. In this role, Tamara facilitated access to over 200 lenders on their panel, providing guidance and support to SMEs across the UK.

Currently, Tamara is working at The FSE Group since 2023 as a Business Funding Manager. Tamara is responsible for launching the Brokerage division for FSE Group, with a focus on supporting SMEs with all aspects of business funding, acting as independent and impartial bank managers.

Throughout their career, Tamara has gained extensive experience in various sectors of the finance industry, including branch management, relationship management, credit analysis, business development, and brokerage.

Tamara Renshaw ACBI (Chartered Banker) attended Combe Bank Girls School from 1980 to 1985, where they obtained 8 O Levels. Tamara then pursued further education at Orpington College of Further Education from 1985 to 1987, where they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Business Studies with a focus on Economics.
