Zsuzsanna Lippai has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations.
Zsuzsanna'smost recent role is as the Chief Operations and Strategy Officer at The Fuller Project, starting in 2023. In this position, they are responsible for leading and deepening the organization's strategy work, monitoring and driving execution of key priorities, and ensuring alignment of strategy, operations, and resources.
Prior to that, they worked as the Principal and Founder of Franz Strategies, a boutique consultancy firm they founded in 2022. In this role, they advised and supported clients on developing and implementing strategies, evaluation, and learning journeys. Zsuzsanna also engaged executives in coordinating organizational change processes around strategy and impact measurement.
From 2015 to 2022, Zsuzsanna worked at the Open Society Foundations. Zsuzsanna held various roles during this time, including Division Director, Strategy & Impact - Human Rights Initiative, where they set the strategy for a global human rights program, mobilized resources to support organizations, and unified budgeting procedures. Zsuzsanna also served as the Interim Director, Women's Rights Program, leading a $100 million commitment on gender equality and managing staff and grant-making processes.
Earlier in their career, they worked as the Evaluation & Learning Manager at Inclusive Security, where they led strategic planning, created an MEL system, and designed and published a guide to measure national women, peace, and security policies. Zsuzsanna also held roles at Search for Common Ground, National Democratic Institute (NDI), American University, Middle East Institute, American Task Force on Palestine, and Service Civil International.
Throughout their career, Zsuzsanna has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, evaluation, change management, and advocating for social justice and human rights.
Zsuzsanna Lippai has a diverse education history. Zsuzsanna holds a Master's degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in International Affairs from Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem. Zsuzsanna also attended Lycée Henri Wallon and Sciences Po, where they pursued studies in the fields of international relations and national security studies.
