Nate Haken serves as the Vice President for Research and Innovation and Programs Director at The Fund for Peace, a position held since October 2006, focusing on conflict assessment and early warning initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as a Producer for Voice of America's "Africa Journal" from 2005 to 2006 and volunteering as a French Interpreter for Advocates for Survivors of Torture and Trauma between 2003 and 2004. Nate Haken earned an MA in International Communication from American University and a BA in English from Wheaton College, with early education from Rain Forest International School.
