Andre Taal

Andre Taal has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting from 2009, they worked as an IT Consultant at Quobell until 2016. From 2014 to 2017, they served as a Scrum Master at SVB Sociale Verzekeringsbank. In 2017, they worked as a Business/Information Analyst at Volkswagen Pon Financial Services for a brief period. Later in 2017, they joined TU Delft as a Scrum Master. In 2018, they worked as a Business Analyst at Unisys until early 2019. In the same year, they also worked as a Scrum Master at Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA) for a short time. Andre then joined Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen (DJI) as a Business Analyst from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, they became a Business/Information Analyst at IDEMIA, and they are currently working as an Information Analyst at Rijkswaterstaat since March 2023.

Andre Taal attended MTS Leyweg from 1986 to 1988 where they studied Electronica. Andre then pursued a vervolgopleiding (continued education) in Computer Techniek at MTS Leyweg from 1988 to 1989, specializing in Technische informatica / Computertechniek / Technische computerkunde. From 1991 to 1997, Andre studied Information Technology / Software Engineering at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, though no degree name was mentioned.

In terms of additional certifications, Andre obtained the Prince2 Foundation certification in 2003. Furthermore, they acquired the TOGAF 9 Foundation certification in October 2013. Andre also completed the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in November 2015. Lastly, they obtained two certifications in June 2016: the Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) from Scrum.org and the IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering Foundation Level from iSQI GmbH.
