Thomas Swinkels is a mobility and spatial development professional currently serving as "Beheer verkeer en mobiliteit" at Gemeente Montfoort since March 2024 and as an "Adviseur mobiliteit en gebiedsontwikkeling" at The Future Mobility Network since March 2023. Previously, Thomas held the position of Research Intern at Dewan Transportasi Kota Jakarta from September 2022 to January 2023 and completed an internship at bondi - shared E-mobility from March 2022 to July 2022. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Spatial Development from Breda University of Applied Sciences (2018 - 2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Bouwkunde from Avans University of Applied Sciences (2016 - 2017).

It is consists of a team and network of scientists,technicians, consultants, project leaders, and urban planners.Founders Alwin Bakker and Joop Veenis founded the company in 2016 in Delft, Zuid-Holland.
