Will Sarni

Will Sarni is a seasoned expert in water strategy and sustainability with extensive experience across various leadership roles in the water sector. Currently serving as Practice Lead for Water and Nature at Earth Finance, Will also holds positions as Founder and General Partner of both Water Foundry Ventures and The Future of Water Fund, focusing on innovative solutions to global water, food, and energy challenges. Will's advisory contributions extend to Qatium and TEMPUS.MOTU GROUP, along with a mentoring role at VeniSIA, a sustainability innovation accelerator. Previously, Will has been a director at Deloitte Consulting in their Water Strategy and Social Impact Practice and has founded Water Foundry, LLC. Will's academic foundation includes a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Earth and Environmental Sciences from Queens College.
