Amy Kapolnek is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and execution within the beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics sectors. As the Founder and Fractional CMO of the fwrd group since January 2014, Amy has successfully empowered 116 brands across 24 countries. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer for Editrix, Amy focuses on an innovative microbiome skincare system. Amy's earlier career includes leadership positions at Deux Hommes, contributing to significant digital marketing success. Academically, Amy holds an MBA in Marketing, Strategy, and Innovation from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
