Nidhi Vadhera

Nidhi Vadhera has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nidhi is the Founder & Director of Vertical Hyphen, a branding and communications organization focused on transformative strategies for businesses. Nidhi is also the COO of The GAIN Startup Connect, an integrated startup ecosystem that supports founders in bringing their vision to life. Nidhi Vadhera is a Co-Founder of Spark GlobalX, which helps businesses achieve global expansion and sustainable growth through strategic investments. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Senior Consultant in Business Development at EHP International Ltd. Nidhi also served as the Head of Operations at Venus Academy. Nidhi Vadhera had positions at Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd, including Head of Strategic Alliances, Branch Manager, and Sales Manager. Nidhi began their career as an Executive at The Park Hotels.

Nidhi Vadhera completed their B.Sc (Hons) degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University between 1998 and 2002. In 2021 to 2022, they pursued a PGDBM degree at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
