Tanya Rippeth is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at The Gallegos Corporation since November 2020, Tanya previously held senior HR positions at Vail Health, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources, from September 2012 to August 2020. Tanya's career also includes a tenure as Human Resources Manager at Vail Valley Medical Center and as an HR Business Partner at Renown Health. Tanya Rippeth's educational background includes a CEBS certification from The Wharton School, completion of the Leadership Ascent Program at WVLI, and degrees in Business Administration and a Master's degree.
