Nicholas Weiland has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and functions. Nicholas currently works at The Gambrinus Company, where they have held various roles since 2017, including Brand Director and Senior Brand Manager for Shiner Beer. Prior to that, they worked at Wells Enterprises as a Brand Manager, where they led the complete relaunch of the Blue Bunny brand. Nicholas also has experience at Kimberly-Clark, where they served as a Senior Associate Brand Manager for HUGGIES and as an Associate Brand Manager for VIVA. Nicholas began their career as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Iowa and has also worked as a Marketing Consultant at The Clorox Company, Xiotech, and AEGON. Nicholas has a background in finance and accounting from their time at Rockwell Collins, where they completed a finance and accounting rotation.

Nicholas first attended Coe College from 2004 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration & Accounting. Continuing their academic journey, they joined The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2009 to 2011 to obtain their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Marketing.
