Rajib Chowdhury

Rajib Chowdhury is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations across multiple industries. As the Founder and CEO of The Gamification Company since January 2019, Rajib specializes in employing neuroscience and behavioral sciences to enhance personal and organizational performance through gamification. In addition, Rajib has served as Founder and Managing Director of Paathshala Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd since March 2012. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at Hutchison 3 Global Services, General Manager at Virgin Mobile India and Hutchison 3 Global Services, and various managerial positions at Convergys India, Reliance Infostream, Epicentre Technologies, and Asiannet Corporate Travel Planner. Rajib holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, awarded in 1992, and an HSC in Science from Atomic Energy Central School.
