Emma Weare is the Global Head of Brand & Marketing at The Gap Partnership. Emma has over 15 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry.

Weare started their career at Bartle Bogle Hegarty in February 2000 as an account director. Emma then moved to BBH London in November 2011 as a team director. In April 2015, they joined Howell Penny as a group account director.

Weare has a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands. Emma is a strategic thinker with a creative flair and a strong understanding of the ever-changing landscape of the marketing industry.

Emma Weare has a degree in psychology from UCL and certifications in marketing from Marketing Week and The Gap Partnership.

Emma Weare reports to Graham Botwright, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Ann Marie Costelloe - Chief Strategy Officer, Graham Stimpson - Senior Partner, Excellence, and John Higgs - Business Unit Leader, Asia.
