Trupti Banker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, marketing, and risk management within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy for Global Brand, Marketing & Experience at Principal Financial Group since May 2023, Trupti is responsible for developing and executing enterprise strategies that enhance global branding and customer experiences to drive growth and profitability. Prior to this role, Trupti held various positions at Prudential Financial from 2015 to 2021, including Director of Channel Marketing and Manager of International Marketing & Strategy, focusing on sales enablement, employee engagement, and operational risk management. With a background that also includes project management consulting and entrepreneurship, Trupti holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rhodes University.
