Katherine Godsmark

Katherine Godsmark has extensive work experience in various roles related to people strategy, operations, and consulting. Katherine currently serves as the Global Head of People at The Gap Partnership since 2022. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2022, they worked at a private company focusing on people strategy and operations. Katherine also worked as a Business Manager & Consultant at REED from 2017 to 2018, and as a Business Improvement Consultant at Next Generation Equity from February to July 2017. Katherine has also held positions in strategic change and operations projects at Kerzner International from 2015 to 2017, as well as serving as the Head of Projects and Change at a confidential company from 2013 to 2015. Katherine began their career at TUI in 2007, where they worked as an Operations and People Manager until 2013.

Katherine Godsmark obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Politics from the University of Leeds, which they completed from 2008 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Insights Discovery Practitioner, The Complete Skilled Negotiator, CIPD level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management, Strategic Approaches to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (Level 7), Strategic Management and Leadership (Level 7 Diploma), Person In Charge Level 3, PADI Open Water Diver, RYA Day Skipper, RYA Powerboat Instructor, RYA Senior Instructor, RYA Windsurf Instructor, SSI Advanced Diver, and SSI Nitrox Diver.
