Monica Mourao

Monica Mourao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as a People Operations and Systems Advisor at The Gap Partnership since May 2022, Monica has also held roles including Global People Coordinator and People Coordinator, collaborating with various departments. Prior to this, Monica worked as a Recruitment Coordinator and HR Administrator for Movus Logistics and has a strong background in recruitment and human resources from The Adecco Group, where roles included Recruitment Consultant and Onsite HR Shift Manager. Monica’s experience spans several industries, with previous positions in business coordination, project management, and health and safety management at organizations such as Qick Televenture South Africa and Maziya General Services. Educational qualifications include training from CTI and NOSA.
