Rachael Langley

Rachael Langley is the current Chief People Officer at The Gap Partnership. Rachael has held this position since April 2014. Prior to this, they were the Global Head of HR Operations for The Gap Partnership from June 2013 to April 2014. In this role, they were responsible for The Gap Partnership's global approach to Resourcing, Talent, Capability development and Organisation Design across their 8 major markets worldwide. Rachael also partnered with the Regional Head - WEMEA to drive business performance and managed the UK based HR team.

Before their time at The Gap Partnership, Langley worked for Avon in a variety of HR roles. From July 2012 to June 2013 they were the Senior HR Business Partner - EMEA Commercial Functions. In this role, they worked closely with the VPs of EMEA Regional Marketing, Market Research, Sales, Demand Forecasting and Finance to drive their business strategies through supportive long term HR strategy across 38 markets. Rachael also ensured that there was the right organisational design to support future growth and helped develop the Talent Agenda and pipeline. Additionally, Langley managed a HR team across the UK & Spain.

From August 2011 to July 2012, Langley was the Senior HR Business Partner - WEMEA Commercial Marketing & Operations. And from January 2011 to August 2011 they were the Senior HR Business Partner - APAC.

Rachael Langley has a CIPD from the University of Nottingham - Nottingham University Business School, a BA hons in Business & HR Management from Oxford Brookes University, and certifications from CIPD, Hogan Assessment Systems, Kaiser Leadership Solutions, The Myers & Briggs Foundation, The Predictive Index, and NLP Professionals.
