Angela Frodella has extensive experience in both the culinary and administrative fields. Currently, Angela serves as an Executive Assistant to the Designer at Blumenfeld Development Group and has been with the company since May 2017, while also working as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant since May 2015. In the culinary realm, Angela has been with The Garden City Hotel since February 2006, where duties include serving as a Garde Manager Chef and line chef across various dining venues. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at HRH Consulting Group, LLC, providing support to a VP of Sales. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from SUNY Old Westbury and a Culinary Degree in Professional Cooking from the Long Island Culinary Institute.
