Manny Garcia has a strong background in sales, particularly in the hospitality industry. Manny started their career at Marriott International as a Sales Manager, where they excelled in contract negotiations and building relationships with local businesses. Manny then moved to Island Hospitality Management as a Director of Sales, where they increased market share and secured new clients. Manny later joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Sr. Group Sales / Business Travel Sales Manager, where they managed client relationships and acquired new group business. Currently, they serve as the Director of Sales at The Garland, where they have been recognized for surpassing team goals and achieving record-breaking results in terms of rooms sold and revenue.
