Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager at the same company. Before joining The Garrett Co, Alyssa worked as an HR Consultant at Human Capital Concepts, providing HR solutions to clients. Alyssa'sprevious experience also includes working as an Executive Team Leader - Human Resources at Target and as a Corporate Human Resource Intern at American Axle and Manufacturing. Alyssa's expertise in HR spans across various industries, showcasing their skills and knowledge in the field.
Alyssa Skarbek, SHRM-CP pursued their education at Purdue University from 2006 to 2010. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision.
