Ashley Bedell has extensive work experience in the real estate development and construction industry. Ashley currently holds the position of Vice President of Development at The Garrett Co, where they have been since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ashley served as the Director of Development at the same company from January 2020 to January 2022. Before joining The Garrett Co, they worked as an Associate in Development and Construction at Cityscape Residential, LLC from February 2018 to January 2020. Ashley also held the position of Director of Land Planning and Entitlements at Pulte Homes of Indiana from September 2013 to February 2018. Ashley started their career at Kite Realty Group in January 2002, where they served as a Project Manager for over a decade. In this role, they successfully managed projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, obtaining approvals, and coordinating with different departments and tenants.
Ashley Bedell obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Evansville from 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Masters of Professional Studies degree in Real Estate Development at the University of Indianapolis from 2017 to 2019.
