Colin Wattleworth

Colin Wattleworth is a seasoned real estate development professional with extensive experience in various management roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Development Manager at The Garrett Companies since July 2023, Colin previously held the same title at StoryBuilt from November 2021 to July 2023. Prior to that, Colin was the Development Director and Development Associate at Metropolitan Homes/Metropolitan Residential Advisors from August 2017 to November 2021. Colin's career in real estate development began as Principal/Project Manager at Real Estate Development and Investment from March 2005 to July 2017. Colin holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from West Virginia University.
