Ross Culbertson

Ross Culbertson is an experienced development and planning professional with a robust background in land entitlements and project management. Currently serving as a Development Associate at The Garrett Co since June 2022, Ross provides feasibility and due diligence research for various projects, demonstrating expertise in reviewing legal and title documents as well as market analysis. Previous roles include Land Entitlements Manager at Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, where entitlements management and coordination with design teams were key responsibilities, and several positions in municipal planning and development, including Senior Planner and City Planner, across various cities. Ross holds a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) in City Planning and Architecture from the University of Houston.
