Mark Sidell

Mark Sidell has been President of Gart Properties since 1999 and is a partner in all of the company’s real estate investments. He is responsible for leading the organization including an aggressive acquisition program and continued execution of niche development opportunities. Prior to joining Gart Properties, Mark was a principal with Trammell Crow Company where he enjoyed a 13-year career in the Colorado real estate market. Mark serves on the board of several Denver community agencies including the Downtown Denver Partnership, the Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado and the Jewish Community Foundation. He is also an involved member of the Young Presidents Organization, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mark is a real estate industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience and holds an MBA in Real Estate and Construction from the University of Denver and received his undergraduate degrees in Construction Management and Business Administration from Washington State University.
