Josh M. Scanlon, P.E.

Josh M. Scanlon has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Josh M. started their career as a Civil Engineer Intern at HRI, Inc. where they assisted project managers with estimation, takeoffs, and communication with subcontractors and suppliers. Josh M. then moved on to Simon Contractors, Inc. as a Project/Field Engineer, where they managed crews, subcontractors, and suppliers for various city, county, and WYDot projects. Currently, they are working at Gateway Engineers as a Project Manager, responsible for erosion and sediment control design, storm water management analysis, and design of best management practices. Josh M. also designs site grading, access roads, and assembles permit plans for clients.

Josh M. Scanlon, P.E. earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Land Development and Construction from Penn State University. Josh M. attended the university from 2009 to 2013. In December 2019, they obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they have pursued certifications in various other states such as Wyoming, Maryland, West Virginia, and Ohio, although the dates of when they obtained these certifications are not provided. Prior to earning their PE certification, they also obtained the Engineer in Training (EIT) certification from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
